Bareminerals Complexion Rescue Tinted Hydrating Cream
I was browsing Sephora's "Just Arrived" section and saw the words "gel" and "cream" and the only thing that came to mind was "purchase now!" I was a faithful Clinique tinted moisturizer (gel formula) user and ever since they discontinued it I have been on the hunt for a replacement. In a nutshell, this product is my new best friend.
I read some reviews that the coverage was way too light and that there was no significant difference in how the skin looked, but that wasn't the case for me. I have a lot of redness all over my face, large pores, acne scars, sensitivty, etc., but I thought it made my skin look incredibly fresh and healthy. It made such a difference that even my husband noticed and complimented how "glowy" I looked.
This is how it looks with one light layer on its own with no primer or concealer (Taken with front facing iphone camera):
To me this is good enough as everyday, no fuss makeup. I don't really care about some of the flaws that aren't completely covered because it just feels too good. It beats all the bb and cc creams/cushions (Korean + American brands), Laura Mercier's Oil Free Tinted Mositurizer, Josie Maran's Argan Tinted Moisturizer, and it actually works better than my old Clinique version.
