Bobbi Brown Pot Rouge for Lips and Cheeks Review
If you’re a blush lover like me then you’ll know that you can never have enough blush. There are so many colors and formulas that you might end up with 10 varieties of “peachy pink.” They're all different! :) Anyway, I’ve had this Bobbi Brown Pot Rouge for Lips and Cheeksin my collection for a while now and use it rather often so I thought it deserved a review.
Quite a few years back I discovered this during a trip to Hong Kong and got this in the shade Pale Pink (bubble gum pink shade). I loved how it gave me a natural looking flush and it doubled as lip color. Fast forward a couple years and I rediscovered these while browsing online. I noticed they had new packaging and new colors so I got Calypso Coral and Fresh Melon. Calypso Coral is a very flattering, warm coral shade and Fresh Melon is a very light peach shade. Both are beautiful colors for spring and summer!
The formula is so smooth and pigmented. It’s creamy and blendable so you never have to worry about weird patches of color. You can apply this easily with a sponge, cushion puff, stippling brush, or your fingers and it will look gorgeous. The color lasted on my cheeks for more than 8 hours, but it didn't last when worn on the lips. I have a cream blush from MUFE, but prefer this one for its smooth creamy texture. If you're looking for a buttery smooth cream blush then gives these a try!
