Linnea's Lights Lavender Soy Candle Review

Good morning! We've been having some dreary weather lately and to turn it into a cozier mood, I always light a candle. Yes, I have a stash of candles to suit my changing moods. :) They include: Voluspa, Yankee Candle, Bath & Body Works, Diptyque, and a few others. I’ve got a special one that I love so much that I wanted to share today. Welcome, Linnea Lights Lavender Candle! This is a soy wax candle (Mom, are you proud of me?) that I picked up from Anthropologie Terrain. The price is kind of up there as it sells for $34, but it smells amazing and seems to burn forever.
If you’re not familiar with soy candles then I’ll give a short intro. Soy candles are made from soy wax and are an alternative to traditional paraffin ones. They are non-toxic, burn longer, cleaner (no black soot), and smell stronger.
I’ve been burning my Linnea candle for about 2 months now (burned about 2x/week) and it has gone down maybe half an inch. It definitely lasts longer than all the other candles I’ve ever owned. When this candle is burning, I can smell it everywhere in the second story of my home- it is so incredibly potent! This candle also burns beautifully. It burns down evenly so you don’t have to worry about ‘candle tunneling’ and you don’t have to trim the wicks (at least I don't)! To top it off, the lavender scent is so comforting and reminds me of being in a spa. If you’re ever in Anthropologie or Anthropologie Terrain, give them a whiff! They have so many candles and scents to choose from you will definitely find something to your taste.
