Dr.Jart+ Water Drop Hydrating Moisturizer Review
Good Morning! Hope you all had a great weekend! It has been getting really warm in the bay so we spent Sunday at the beach with our dogs. Since summer is approaching and it’s getting HOT, my skin has not been as dry. I took this opportunity to test out the Dr. Jart+ Water Drop Hydrating Moisturizer.
I actually found this moisturizer really cool and fun to use. When squeezed out of the tube it looks like a silicon primer, but when you start to rub it in, it turns into water! You can see droplets form before it sinks in and hydrates your skin. It feels so amazing and refreshing! I’m always so fascinated watching and feeling it morph into a watery texture. :) There is a light fragrance to it that smells like bergamot, but it dissipates as soon as it dries down. There were some complaints about feeling sticky after application, but I never felt that. My skin felt comfortable after using this and it was the perfect thing to use before my Neogen sunscreen so that I didn’t feel like a grease ball.
This moisturizer claims to be for all skin types and provide long lasting moisture. I definitely agree that the Water Drop Moisturizer can work for all skin types and it for sure passes the sensitivity test! I never felt dry using this so I will also agree that it provides long lasting moisture. If you’re looking for a standalone moisturizer then this one will be perfect for combo oily to oily skinned friends during the summer months. Otherwise, this is a good layering product to add to your existing skincare routine. If you’re into cool textures and products that ‘transform,’ then definitely check this out!
