If you’re studying this ingredient list then you’re probably familiar with the key ingredients so I won’t go into details. Centella Asiatica, Niacinamide, Adenoine, Ceramide, Asiaticoside, Asiatic Acid, Madecassic Acid. Yesss! I’ll just say my skin is extremely content right now. No harmful ingredients found.

You know how I naturally have a lot of redness in my skin? I think this serum helped calm that  down a lot. It’s a non-sticky, clear formula that feels incredibly refreshing when applied to the skin. Since there are no added fragrances I was surprised to find it had an herbal scent, which I was told was due to Centella Asiatica Extract, Asiaticoside, Madecassic Acid, and Asiatic Acid.

This serum absorbs easily into the skin leaving it supple and plump. The enriching formula improved my overall skin health and I saw visible results with hydration, lines, and tone. You know what else this helps with? Popped pimples! It calms down the redness and helps it heal just a little bit quicker. Similar to the essence, you get a tiny bit of tackiness on your hands after application, but it's not a deal breaker.

So lucky me got a pimple on my cheek that left behind a dark spot. Unfortunately, I didn’t find the Buffet Serum that helpful in getting rid of pigmentation. It was still hanging around 2 weeks later so I had to use the big guns to deal with it.

My skin has not seen and felt so many good weeks in a row and I really believe this serum played a huge part in that. Although it didn’t help in the pigmentation department, its soothing and calming abilities make up for it.

★★★★ Out of 5

Pros: Refreshing, calming, healing

Cons: Not for pigmentation
